At Orange Pill App, our mission is to build thriving Bitcoin communities worldwide by connecting Bitcoiners with each other, local events, and the Merchants who already accept Bitcoin. We are seeking a Director of Events to spearhead our global efforts in identifying, engaging, and onboarding Meetup and Conference organizers onto the Orange Pill App. This role is your chance to shape the largest Bitcoin events ecosystem in the world.

What You Will Be Doing:

- Global Events Outreach
Identify and connect with Meetup & Conference organizers around the world, ensuring they understand the benefits of joining the Orange Pill App.

- Onboarding & Relationship Management
Guide Meetup & Conference organizers through the onboarding process, offer support as needed, and maintain strong, long-term relationships to ensure ongoing engagement with the platform.

- Relationship Building
Take ownership of forging and maintaining strong partnerships with conference organizers, ensuring consistent collaboration, trust, and mutual value creation.

- Showcasing the Value of Orange Pill App
Demonstrate how the app helps Event organizers reach local Bitcoiners, participate in events, and grow their attendee base within the Bitcoin community.

- Community & Event Collaboration
Coordinate with Meetup & Conference organizers to highlight their events, encourage community participation, and forge deeper connections.

- Feedback & Continuous Improvement
Gather insights from organizers about their experience using the app, share feedback with internal teams, and refine our offerings to better serve the needs of the global Meetup & Conference organizer community.

- Cross-Team Coordination
Work closely with our marketing, product, and support teams to develop resources, troubleshoot issues, and align on growth strategies for Meetup & Conference organizers worldwide.

What We Look For in You:

Passion for Bitcoin – You believe in Bitcoin’s transformative power and want to help Event organizers thrive.

Proven BizDev Experience – Track record of building and nurturing client relationships at scale.

Excellent Communicator – Confident presenting value to diverse audiences, online and in person.

Strategic & Organized – Able to manage outreach campaigns and multiple relationships simultaneously.

Global Mindset – Comfortable across cultures and time zones; willing to travel worldwide for conferences.

Startup Mentality – Adaptable, resilient, and ready to get hands-on in a fast-moving environment.

Existing Relationships (Bonus) – Already connected to Bitcoin conference organizers? That’s a huge plus.

Compensations & Benefits:

- Part-time role (10–15 hrs/month) with room to grow.
- $1,000 monthly base pay (first 3 months, in Bitcoin or Fiat) with performance-based adjustments.
